ClickBid and NeonCRM Integrate Silent Auction Software

Since 2002, ClickBid has developed a simpler and more efficient path for silent auction software. And the commitment to this founding principle has remained unwavering for more than a decade. ClickBid’s latest program, BidKit, is an integration that effectively pieces the software to its donor management peers. Beginning with Kindful, the latest addition of NeonCRM will allow seamless and secure transfers between ClickBid’s silent auction software and the donor management system.

With the ever increasing connectivity of software, ClickBid’s aim is to connect users with the databases that they already use. This makes any donor activity recorded in ClickBid now effortlessly transferrable to’ NeonCRM‘ or vice versa. Undeniably, the change represents an incredibly efficient way to not only transfer data but also monitor your donor base.

Additionally, the convergence of these two programs gives organizations free rein to manage their donor base and silent auction needs. The update’s real-time ability completely revamps your check-in and check-out arrangements. Organizations can sync information between the two softwares immediately. This allows volunteers to transfer donor information between databases securely and accurately.

A Shareable System

ClickBid has tailored its software to be a launching pad for use in other systems. The recent integration with’ NeonCRM phases out the mistake-ridden process of exporting, importing, and manipulating files manually. While the update continues to deliver on its promises, Matthew Burnell, founder and CEO of ClickBid, stated that’  We want to continue moving forward. Already, these integrations are allowing our organizations to focus on what matters by giving them back their time and energy. 
