At an event in Toronto this week our client used two great opportunities for sponsorship exposure. ‘ Two sponsors of the event had the typical signage exposure at the event and a table for guests to attend. ‘ These sponsors also both provided enhancements to the event.
One was a major watch brand; they provided a beautiful watch for each table and a sealed bid auction was conducted at each table. ‘ Cards were pre-printed with three bid amounts and a line to write in your own amount. ‘ Any interested parties at the table simply completed the card with their bid amount and contact info. ‘ Volunteers collected the cards and the winning bidders took home watches. ‘ What great product placement for this sponsor and a nice bump in funds raised (over $3,000)!
The other sponsor was a major footwear retailer. ‘ They provided their branded bags to be used for winning bidders to carry their silent auction items home. ‘ Again, a great way to produce brand awareness while helping a great cause.
